Das Buch 80 Jahre Künstlersiedlung Golzheim wird am Dienstag, den 17. Oktober im Jacobi Haus des Künstlervereins Malkasten (Jacobi Str. 6a, Düsseldorf) präsentiert. Hierzu sind Sie herzlich eingeladen!

Auf über 100 Seiten wird die Kunst, die in 8 Jahrzehnten hier entstand, gezeigt. Bei der Recherche erhielt ich jede Menge freundliche Unterstützung vom Stadtmuseum Düsseldorf, Museum Kunstpalast, Düsseldorfer Stadtarchiv, Museum Ratingen, und vielen, vielen mehr. Die Texte sind von Gregor Jansen (Kunsthalle Düsseldorf), Dorette Khezri und mir. Das Buch wurde finanziert vom Kulturamt Düsseldorf. Ich danke allen Beteiligten für ihr Vertrauen und ihre Unterstützung.

On Tuesday, 17. October the book presentation of 80 Jahre Künstlersiedlung Golzheim will take place at Jacobi Haus of the Artists’ Association Malkasten in Düsseldorf. You are cordially invited.

The publication commemorates on more than 100 pages the octogenarian Golzheim Artists’ Colony and shows 8 decades of artists’ work that has been produced in this settlement. My research was supported by Stadtmuseum Düsseldorf, Museum Kunstpalast, Düsseldorfer Stadtarchiv, Museum Ratingen, and many, many more. The texts are written by Gregor Jansen (Kunsthalle Düsseldorf), Dorette Khezri, and myself. The publication was financed by the Düsseldorf Municipal Culture Office.
